By using BToolsHub, you accept and agree to these Terms and any additional terms and policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Services we provide
BToolsHub provides a suite of tools to help businesses manage contacts and customer communication. Key services include:
- Contact Manager: upload, organize, segment and manage contact lists.
- Bulk SMS: send mass SMS messages using provided credits or plans, with scheduling and reporting.
- Bulk Email: email campaign creation, templates and basic analytics.
- WhatsApp Marketing: template and list-based messaging (subject to WhatsApp policies and local regulations).
- QR Code Maker: generate scannable codes for links, vCards, and campaigns.
- Favicon & Brand Assets: create/export small brand assets such as favicons.
We may change, enhance, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We will try to provide notice for material changes.
3. Accounts & Registration
To use certain features you must register an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
4. Payments, Credits & Refunds
Some features (for example SMS credits, premium plans, or add-ons) require payment. You agree that:
- All fees are described where you purchase the service. Prices may change with notice.
- Payments are processed through third-party payment providers; their terms also apply.
- Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support at support@btoolshub.com.
5. Acceptable Use
You must use the Services lawfully and responsibly. Prohibited uses include (but are not limited to):
- Sending spam, unlawful or abusive messages via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
- Uploading or distributing content that infringes intellectual property or violates privacy rights.
- Using the Services to facilitate fraud, harassment, or other harmful activities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use policies.
6. Intellectual Property
BToolsHub and its licensors retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, logos, trademarks and documentation. You retain ownership of content you upload, subject to the license you grant us to operate the Services.
7. Privacy & Data
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and store personal data. Important points:
- You are responsible for obtaining consents for communications you send (SMS, email, WhatsApp), as required by local law.
- We take reasonable measures to protect data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
- We may process anonymized usage data for product improvement.
8. Third-Party Services
Some functionality may depend on third-party services (payment processors, SMS gateways, WhatsApp, analytics). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for their actions or outages.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, illegal activity, or prolonged inactivity. Termination does not relieve you of unpaid fees. We may delete account data after termination in accordance with our retention policies.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. BToolsHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months, or $100 if you paid nothing.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you (e.g., email or in-app). Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BToolsHub is headquartered, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts.
